Our Tech Support team can provide step-by-step assistance over the phone to help you use an iPad, an Android with an Android 2.0 or newer Operating System, or Windows tablet with a Windows 10 or newer Operating System that you already own.
It’s like having your own IT technician there to help with everything from tablet set up, to software installation, including how to use your device.
You can ask for help with:

- Connecting your tablet to a Bluetooth music speaker
- Talking to loved ones via video using Skype or Facetime
