Love love love this rice cooker
I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. This is the most advanced rice cooker I have used, and I will not be going back to my previous model. I regularly cook rice for my family, and now we achieve perfectly cooked rice every time. One minor issue is that the rice tends to stick to the bowl as it cools; however, keeping it warm prevents this. I have also started applying a small amount of spray olive oil to the bottom of the bowl before adding the rice, which appears to resolve the sticking problem. The bowl itself is well-designed and of excellent quality. After each use, I ensure to wipe away any excess moisture from inside the lid and leave it open overnight to guarantee thorough drying before storing. I believe this product will serve us well for many years. I highly recommend it.
