Love this cooker - easy to use and cooks to perfection!
Absolutely love this rice cooker. It is very easy to use and I love all the different options. It cooks everything perfectly, especially brown rice which I've also found hard to cook. It counts down the cooking time as well which is a helpful feature as I've always guessed how long. One of my favourite features is that in the internal basket it has the line for water for brown vs white rice which means it comes out perfect every time.

Well made
First time owning a rice cooker, so nothing to really compare. I purchased this rice cooker even though was more than I had intended to spend purely because it looks better made than the flimsy appearance of others. Have used it a couple of times now and very happy with results cooking rice. It also has programs to cook many other grains and comes with a steaming basket which I imagine will be quite handy. I guess all rice cookers will be easy to use and this is no different. Apart from price I am very happy with my purchase.

Only fault is takes a long time and done like how bowl doesn’t have its own lid so the top of the unit gets messy and hard to clean
