Good cooler with a few negatives
Needed to buy another rice cooker as the old one finally gave up. After much research I decided on the Breville Rice cooker Pro. The list of other things that it does was impressive. Cooking rice is my main use- which it does very well. Though instead of a timer to let you know how long it’s going to take- a LED light goes around in a pattern. I found this a little frustrating when trying to time meals. I did try and do a cake ( packet one) in the cooker. It doesn’t rise as well, though did taste a bit more like a mud cake. It’s quite a lot bulkier than my previous system so I’m finding it hard to place in my cupboards.

Good rice cooker
Just bought this rice cooker a month ago and working pretty well. Our previous rice cooker war also Breville which served us for almost 16 years, so it was a no brainer to go with Breville once again. It has a nice look with multiple cooking options for different types of rice and cook fluffy rice. Only thing is it takes longer about 45-50 minutes to cook, however, with‘Quick cook’ option it takes about 25-30 minutes. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

This rice cooker does not burn. Have bought other brands, the minute it goes to warm, the rice burns below. You have to throw 1 layer of burnt rice. This cooker is better than other brands

Replaced my old breville rice box after many years. Didn’t consider other brands as it was reliable and cooked perfect rice every time. The new unit is great. Countdown timer for final 10min is a great addition.
