Rice box for everyone
As a family of 4, we'd been living with a microwave rice cooker for many years. After moving and losing the microwave box we decided that we would upgrade. Rice cooks great, and the timing and warming function is a quality of life improvement. The overall unit is larger then we expected, so make sure you have storage or benchtop space for something about the size of a coffee machine.

Not as easy to use as the instructions say
For a quality product like Breville, I did expect something better. Followed the instuctions to a T to make our rice and so far eachtime its been a pot of over cooked and burt on the bottom. Not sure I would ask a friend to buy one.

This Rice Cooker is so easy to use as it comes with water level indicators for different types of rice. Rice is always cooked really nicely and fluffy.
