  When unpacking the product it had scuffs on it and there were water drops in the pipe. I called the Bissell helpline who said that based on the serial number it was classified as a “damaged carton” i.e. refurbished. Good Guys Belmont refused to acknowledge the information provided by Bissell. If purchasing from the Good Guys make sure it is new and not refurbished.

  We upgraded from the bissells spot clean turbo and feel that the hose appears to be of much better quality to last longer. It is also easier to slot in place when storing.
