Great when you have puppies
We bought this because we had puppies that werent toiket trained it gets out all the stains and odurs as well as refreshing the carpet with the steam. It even works great on old stains on the couch!

Used machine sold as new
When unpacking the product it had scuffs on it and there were water drops in the pipe. I called the Bissell helpline who said that based on the serial number it was classified as a “damaged carton” i.e. refurbished. Good Guys Belmont refused to acknowledge the information provided by Bissell. If purchasing from the Good Guys make sure it is new and not refurbished.
