Bissell croswave
Doesn’t suck the water back up efficiently resulting in puddles and smears left on the tiles. Also quite heavy. I prefer a standard mop.

Adequate product but has a few issues
I’ve been using the Crosswave Hydrosteam regularly over the past month. To start, it’s loud and solid so fairly heavy. It’s easy to fill and empty and I love the self-cleaning feature. It doesn’t clean edges or corners well, but the steam heats quickly and my tile floors look, feel and smell great. It does leak on occasion as well which is frustrating. I did a lot of research prior to buying and was unable to find another product that was perfect in every way. This suits my needs for now. 3*

Bissel Excels
Love the Bissell Crosswave HydroSteam is an excellent product. The house smells beautiful after using it and it gets the dirt out of the pattern on the vinyl planks flooring. Floor rugs are spotless and smell fresh and clean.
