Outstandng Product
This was a replacement for what I considered the benchmark of steam mops which is no longer sold in Australia. Bissell is superior product. Floors are left cleaner, fresher and the mop head system removes all residual floor marks. As a result of our purchase we have replaced our cordless vacuum with another Bissell product. These products are superior in every way, build quality ease of use and warranty.

I've given 4 stars instead of 5 as although my vinyl floors looked great afterwards (I used the "scrubber" pad for the first steamclean), it was quite heavy going having to hold the trigger all the time (hard on arthritic hands and shoulders) and my hand and rotator cuff complained heavily for two days afterwards! I'll try the thinner pad next time, hopefully that will have a smoother glide. I may have to look for a different mop with continuous steam, wish Bissell would up their game and make one.

Well worth the money
I have had many steam mops over the years but none compare to the Bissell Prower Fresh V. I chose this model because of the triangular swivel head. It is just fantastic for getting into corners. It has great steam output and a good sized water tank. It is light and easy to use. Highly recommend this steam mop.
