Easy to use even for the kids
Easy to use, mops really well after a sweep. The scrubber pad does clean well but tough stained obviously needs clean up before. Great for regular use.

Good water tank Plastic bits tend to die after a while,had to replace water tank. Then plastic fitting for tank on heating unit crumbled. otherwise we liked mop,and bought another one

There's good and not so good
The Bissel mop is brilliant and cleans thr floors perfectly, that is the good news. I bought the mop on line and paid the full amount plus a small fee for delivery, but the delivery took a month when I was expecting maybe week, that is the bad news.
