Very happy with purchase.
I have lovely tiles but they mark and ordinary moping won't remove them. Also being able to get a great clean without the use of chemicals is a huge plus. Delivery was quick too.

Perfect steam mop.
Happy with this steam mop, I have tiles all through and it never leaves any streaks. Easy to use and just throw the cloth mop into the washing machine. There are little scented discs that slide into the bottom to give off a nice smell as well. Two settings for steam and a scrubbing brush attached.

Great mop, but not what I wanted
Great mop, but no where is it stated that you have to continually hold trigger to receive steam. If you have a large area and minimal strength in hands, you'll struggle.

Powerfresh Deluxe - great unit, but misleading advertising
The unit was light weight and did a good job. But I did a lot of research into steam mops, including watching the Bissell videos. It is not clearly stated that the button must be held in for steam to run - if you have a large house, this gets tiring super quick!
