Great performance at reasonable price
We bought this a month ago and by far the best performing vacuum and mop we have seen in the market. Very easy to use and cleans like magic. The self clean feature is also great so you don’t have to do manual cleaning of your machine all the time. Ithe vacuum sucks the items from corners with ease. We are very happy with the product so far.

Easy to use every day
Every day use item and and my floors are always clean, even with a toddler. Love that it does the rugs too, and leaves the house smelling fresh. I haven't attempted any extreme cleans like in the spaghetti advert but impressed at what it can do. I'd prefer to pick up big stuff and still vacuum with a turbo vacc at least one a week. I use my Bissell most days in the kitchen and living areas. Whole house twice per week. Tank of water depletes quick (needs 4+ to do a large 4 bedroom home) and collection tank needs even more frequent emptying, but that's only a small inconvenience. The dirty water can be pretty gross but totally satisfying! Vacuum is decent, but I rarely use without water. Cleaning parts is easy, especially with the self clean station. My unit did have a hiccup with the clean water sensor, hence 4 and not 5 stars. Bissell were easy to deal with and are returning a fixed machine. I've missed it a lot. Hopefully it doesn't have further issues as I love it!

Honest opinion
I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a second brush and filter because l found out others within the price point did. I was pleasantly surprised at the clean and dirty water containers being a good size which limits refilling. The overall use is very good and cleans up to edges more efficiently than my previous machine.
