Gentle on floating floors
The Bissell CrossWave HF2 has completely changed the way I clean my floors. In wet areas with tiles, it cuts through dirt, soap scum, and grime effortlessly, leaving them spotless and streak-free. The scrubbing power is impressive, yet it’s gentle enough that I don’t have to worry about damaging grout or over-wetting the surface. What I really love is how safe it is on my matt finish floating floors. They’re water-resistant, not fully waterproof, so I’ve always been cautious with traditional mopping. The HF2 leaves them clean and almost dry immediately, which means no swelling, warping, or water damage. It’s the perfect balance between deep cleaning and protecting the surface. If you have a mix of tiles in wet areas and delicate floating floors elsewhere, this machine is a game-changer.

Amazing machine
I love this Bissell hard floor cleaner. I chose this model because it had a cord. No worries about the battery dying mid clean. Cord is reasonably long enough for what I need it for. Easy to clean and operate. Just make sure you keep an eye on the water level of your clean water. If it goes too low , the machine will make a loud sucking noise. Much like the noise a vacuum cleaner makes when it's blocked. This is because there isn't enough water for the machine to work properly . If this happens just refill the container. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with hard floors. I did try to give 5stars but it wouldn't let me.

Useful cleaning tool.
Fantastic, cleans very well, floors have never been better. Can be a bit tricky to use in the first couple of uses. After that it is great. Read the instructions is important. Quality is very good, a spare roller, filter and cleaning liquid are provided. We got the corded model, its cheaper and batteries and I regard them as a potential environmental hazard.

Obsessed with the Crosswave HF2
I was tossing up between this one and the spin wave, I’m so glad I went with this one! I have quite a large floor plan and mopping takes so little time! Floors come up cleaner than ever and with minimal effort. I love seeing the dirty water that comes up, makes it so satisfying to know how clean my floors are after mopping. I try to find reasons to mop now and before I had this I dreaded mopping!
