The worst experience with the administration team
Product delivered was faulty (technician did not install the dryer and the dryer was unused), took weeks to have the dryer replace. A numbers of calls from the Electrolux team, which have no business/common sense to handle the situation. Tried to call the store, but the line was un-answered, a number of visits have to make to the store. My time wasted is more than the value of the dryer, which call less than $400.00.
