Terrible Service
Paid for dryer and install service. Dryer was delivered 6th Dec and was notified via email install would be the 12 Dec. I accepted the delivery and unbeknownst to me another email was sent in less than 24 hours changing the install to 6 Jan. I live in a 1 bed apartment with no spare room or garage, so the dryer sat in my living room/kitchen for over 1 month. I called Good Guys multiple times to either collect or bring forward the install date, they took no action to resolve the issue or accountability, blaming the delivery department as a seperate team. They made minimum attempt to consolidate the services. I highly recommend not buying from the Good Guys especially from their ONLINE store. You get no support from the store and the online division has terrible customer service. Never again!
