Shark vacuum cleaner
Ordered 1st November, 2025 but have not yet recwived it. Online help is hopeless and no phone number to call. Australia Post online tracking states wrong number given. Again, no phone number for help. Very disappointed. We've been waiting 2 months now.

The Product itself was great
Unfortunately, the delivery process was heavily flawed. After a delay due to productivity the product was on its way. It left their depot and the next day i got a msg saying it had been dropped off at a local supplier for me to go and collect. I was home the whole day and no one tried to deliver this product. Takes away the appeal of the online shopping. I was very dismayed at the process.

Amazing
I regularly vacuum because of multiple dogs in my home. This is a beauty, I did just one room and nearly filled the dust collector... I was wowing all over the place. I do have plastic runner in my hallway.. the only downside compared to my old vac is that I can't use it on the runner as it literally lifts it up - the suction is so strong. A bit heavier than I expected, but managable (I'm 66). And being an upright it can't go under my lounge. I literally don't care, because I just always use a broom to do skirting boards before I vacuum, so I just run it under the lounge to dislodge the dust bunnies hidden under the lounge. Overall, I love this machine - suited to large carpeted areas. Would purchase again.

Bulky but great
My gosh, I never realised how bad my old Dyson was! This vaccum is a game changer. It’s bulky to use, but love you can un clip the disposal and not abuse as an upright. Made vaccuming so much better, will never buy a Dyson ahain
