good value phone not the best in store service
I recently purchased a new phone as an upgrade; however, I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided in-store. I was given the phone with little to no explanation or guidance and directed straight to the counter. As a result, I did not receive any information about the device’s features, nor was I given the opportunity to explore alternative or higher-spec options that may have better suited my needs. While the phone itself performs as expected, it includes several additional features that I have not been shown how to use. More concerning is the volume quality, which is significantly below standard. I often need to use the loudspeaker to hear clearly—something I have not experienced with previous Samsung devices. Having used Samsung phones for over 20 years, I consider myself a reasonable judge of their quality. Unfortunately, this experience has been below the standard I have come to expect. I would not recommend this product but would recommend upgrading to the S26 as I have heard the quality is better
