Awesome dryer washer combo
The washer has a lot of functionality and is very flexible in customisation. I love the dryer that is different to my old vented dryer. There is no need for trouble exhaust, and it is much quieter.

I have recently bought the Samsung washer drier and am very pleased with it. Previously had Samsung washer drier, which lasted 11years with no issues, apart from the door handle broke a few months ago, so thght it was time for a new one. Would recommend this machine.

90 day store cash is a trap
Don't fall for paying extra for the extensed warranty and 90 day store cash. After much trouble settingbup an accunt, I found out that the 90 dsy store cash comes in at random times, so not necessarily when you need it if you live some distance from a Good Guys store. Don't pay extra for this misleading promotion.

The drainage filter needs to be cleaned at least every 6 weeks according to the manual. My partner and I clean this filter once a month and still have issues with the machine stopping and it saying to ‘Clean Drain filter’. Checked the hoses going in and out of the drain pump and cleaned them out( hardly anything in there anyway). Still doesn’t work. The drain pump also is in the most inconvenient position as well. Have owned this product for not even 18 months. Very disappointed.
