Great product, terrible service
The tv itself as well as the installation are great, the installer was in touch with me within 24 hours of me purchasing the tv. Unfortunately that’s where the positive parts of this review ends. When I purchased the tv the predicted delivery date was around a week from when I ordered which to me felt a little weird since normally delivery is pretty quick but I knew that before I paid so no big deal. A week passed, then another before I thought I’d better check out what was going on, this became an endless loop of me checking the tracking which hadn’t changed, calling the customer care number which took forever and attempting to get any kind of help to figure out what was going on. At no time did good guys preemptively get in touch with me to let me know what was happening, not even a text message apologising for the delay. If I had to take a guess, I wasted about 3 hours of my life chasing up this tv. The customer service was appalling every step of the way. Good guys used to be my go to whenever I needed to buy any kind of big appliance but I’ll be going elsewhere from here on out. Tdlr - tv is actually amazing but good guys customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Perfect addition to the photo wall
Really love how this looks on the wall. I was able to mount it on my brick wall by myself following the instructions included. It looks so tidy with just the single thin cable and all the mess hidden with the set box instead. Love the solar charging option on the remote. A long awaited upgrade and very happy.

We bought this TV to replace a 20-year LCD TV and needless to say the difference is night and day. Art mode makes our living room look even better when turned on.
