We always wanted to try an air-fryer to see why people love it so much. To be honest we don't see huge difference between the fan forced oven and an air-fryer. Which could be because our fan forced oven is awesome. Anyway, I think Philip Air fryer still deserves 5 star because it is very well built and has a very well designed UX/UI.

Got on a massive discount, does a great job of cooking evenly. Window with light makes it easy to check progress. Minor annoyance that it always resets temp and time instead of remembering last setting.

I recently bought the Philips 2000 Series 6.2 Litre XL Airfryer Black, and I’m extremely happy with it. It’s very easy to use, heats up quickly, and cooks food evenly with a crispy finish using very little oil. The 6.2L capacity is perfect for family meals, and the cooking window with the internal light makes it easy to check on food without opening the basket. Cleaning is effortless thanks to the non-stick basket, and the touchscreen controls are simple and intuitive. It also looks modern and stylish on the kitchen bench. Overall, this air fryer offers excellent performance, great value for money, and has made everyday cooking much faster and healthier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable air fryer.

A: The 6.2 litre size suits couples and small families, with Philips citing capacity for 500g of fries, 6 chicken drumsticks or 600g of vegetables. It is also generally large enough for a small to medium whole chicken.
A: Yes. The window lets you check browning and progress without pulling the basket out, so less heat escapes during cooking. That is especially useful for foods like chips, chicken or baked items where timing can change the result.
A: They cover more than basic air frying, including baking, grilling, roasting, reheating, defrosting and keep warm. That makes the NA230/00 useful for quick frozen foods as well as simple dinners, breakfast items and baked snacks.
A: Yes. Philips lists the StarPlate and removable parts as dishwasher safe, which helps after oily foods or crumbed items. The non-stick design also means less scrubbing than many ovens or shallow pans after weeknight cooking.
