Better than Breville Oracle!
Several years ago? I bought a Breville Oracle. RRP $2500 or so. I went to put that in my Van and it was too big! So I bought the Ninja Luxe for around $600. Not only did it fit? I find that in many ways? It's BETTER than the Oracle! Easier to put water in. It recommends what grind to use. Delivers a comparable coffee. AND has the Cold Brew feature! Hopefully it will stand the test of time. But for this moment? I am THOROUGHLY happy!

Mediocre
It took a while for the grinder to settle in and start producing consistently acceptable coffee. Once it does, the machine is relatively easy to use, but you can only make one coffee at a time. The machine also takes quite a while to transition from espresso to steam. The automatic milk frother produces virtually no texture in the milk, so you end up with a fairly watery coffee with a lump of foam sitting on top. The drip tray needs emptying almost after every use, which gets annoying. The machine itself is also quite large, and because you need access to both sides, you can’t push it right up against a wall or the side of your kitchen bench. Personally, I think the coffee it produces is terrible. But, as I said, my wife loves it. I suspect a lot of that has to do with all the TikTok reviews she saw before buying it. If you’re a serious coffee lover, I’d recommend buying something else. I know I wish I had.

Absolutely Hate this machine. Tried to return it 1/2 hour after I bought but Good Guys refused to exchange it.I am considering selling it for half what I paid for it and buying something else. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
