Finally perfect coffee at home!
Really happy with my coffee machine so far. Minimal fussy buttons, but plenty of options for different sized coffees and milk heat/froth. First at home coffee machine that makes my coffee hot enough. Easy to clean and maintain. No heat up time which is great when you're trying to get out of the door in a hurry! The Nespresso rep onsite when I picked it up was also great, very friendly and helpful. Also happy that it is so easy to recycle old pods.

Love this coffee machine
I debated whether to buy this after years with an original machine and various frothers. I like the Vertuo capsules better, but the best thing is the consistent froth and ability to make milk hotter. Only minor issue is some water accumulates under the spill tray, but not a leak as others described it. Have to ensure to empty tray regularly.

Excellent coffee at a touch
This is our second one. Very happy with them. We tried to set it up by WiFi through the Internet but couldn’t. In frustration we rang the Nespresso Help Line to be told we didn’t need all that. Just press the button and go (after we had rinsed it as instructed). Why couldn’t they just say that in the instructions. Anyhow it was all a happy ending and we enjoy trying all the different pods and recycle them by dropping them back to our local Good Guys where they have a recycle bin. We descale it about every 3-6 months and order coffee on line. We have had numerous coffee making systems and find this the best. The milk frother is easy but we don’t use it much.
