It was time for an upgrade and we were lucky enough to enter the store the same day the Nespresso rep was there ! So helpful so we snapped this beauty up ! So now we can have our herb tea with the hot water dispenser that is on this machine without having to to boil the kettle, PLUS the frother has a cool setting for ice coffees ! Absolutely love this machine ! Extremely happy with the outcome all round on this experience! 2nd to none !

My new Breville Citiz Platinum is great! The price I paid was too good to pass up and the machine is providing me with quality tasting coffee.
