I bought this vacuum when it's on special for a good price work very good but a bit heavy but I like it better than my old vacuum easy to clean. My daughters hair everywhere and this vacuum can clean it will, Every day need to charge after cleaning my house some times I need to charge it twice a day Good quality a bought a stand for it easy to storage

Works well but heavy on the arm after a couple of minutes!!
This is good quality german-made vacuum stick the late Steve Jobs admired. The problem is how heave the machine is and I am 183cm and still gets sore arm using it. Does its job, suctions well esp carpets but why make it really heavy?

Completely useless
It does work amazingly on carpet, when it works anyway. The roller often stops, especially going from carpet to hard floor or when its picked up to manoeuvre, really doesn't like being picked up. In store when asking about its function, I was assured it would suit my needs, I have a few rugs but mostly hard floors. While it does work really well on the rugs it doesnt have a lower function making it near impossible to actually use it on my rugs without having someone else hold it down. I will say it does well on pet hair however. I also enquired about its use on hard floors and biscuits, my animals like to carry biscuits around so i needed something that would pick them up. I was told this would. It does not! I can not stress this enough, all it does is push them around, picks up a couple, which half the time spin around and get flung back out anyway. It is completely useless, and when I try to pick it up to place it on the biscuits the roller stops moving and I have to turn it off and on again, every, damn, time. Overall, I am extremely disappointed, not only in this vacuum but in the store person who said this would be great and be perfect for my very few, simple needs. Something that can be used on multiple floor types, picks up hair, picks up food and actually functions.

Great Suction
I did have a Dyson for many year until it wouldn’t charge any more I like the suction on this Miele vacuum quite a bit heavier to hold the hand held on the stairs though but all in all I am happy with this cleaner
