The best brand in the business, these bags are really strong and sturdy, never break when fitting and hold heaps. They are the only brand that I will use in my Miele Vacuum Cleaner and they are the best.

The Bad Guys - Bags are Miele, no issue with the bags but online ordering is a joke.
Placed an order for these bags and a filter. What a debacle, no indication that they don't have any stock when ordering (in fact they showed unstuck) and customer service is an absolute joke. Took over a month for the bags to arrive after numerous phone calls and emails to customer service. Customer service and the product are both supplied by local store, whom are not very helpful or customer focused. 3 months later still no filter, eventually told you will need to call store back to arrange a refund. I do this, get 3 different people on phone, finally told by someone in finance refund will be processed today. Still no refund 4 months later. My nine year old call you 'The Bad Guys'

Poor Service - no communication
3 and half weeks to receive vacuum cleaner bags and still no filter. Way too long, this should have been marked as out of stock not pretending that they are in stock. No issue with the product, just the length of time to deliver them. No warning that they weren't in stock.
