2 WEEKS IN AND LOOKING GOOD HUSTON. MIGHTY HAWKS WINNING EVERY GAME ON THIS TV SO HAPPY TO KEEP, SERIOUSLY GREAT PICTURE AND DOING EVERYTHING I WANTED, HAWKS START LOSING I HAVE WARRANTY TO FALL BACK ON. WOULD RECOMMEND.

5 stars for the TV; 0 stars for the Good Guys. The TV is brilliant. I was deliberating long and hard over the C4 vs the G4, but I have absolutely no regrets deciding to go with the C4. I have the benefit of a dedicated media room with no windows, so brightness is no issue. Frankly, this thing can sear the eyeballs, so it's more than good enough. Picture quality is amazing. Sure, the LG remote is awful, but I just use my Apple TV, so never touch it. Brilliant TV - can't go wrong. But my experience with Good Guys was the complete opposite. I made the mistake of ordering online. A day after I ordered, the price dropped and no attempt to contact the Good Guys (online chat, message or phone) was able to reach anyone. Messages are returned with a note to say I would be responded to within 48 hours and that I should not attempt any other form of communication in that time. I have never received a response to any of my messages. Delivery date slipped by a month. Attempting to contact anyone was impossible. Hour wait times on online chat; no-one answered phone calls. I tried to call my local store, but as soon as they discovered my order was online, they referred me to a call centre that never answered. It could be that an in-store experience would be great, but Good Guys online should be shut down. It amazes me they're allowed to do business. Yes I would recommend this TV to a friend. No way would I recommend Good Guys. (Oh - and in another example - trying to get the Good Guys website to accept this review took multiple attempts. Webform kept spinning…)
