TV produces nice picture but the menu structure is overly complected and poorly documented. When I phoned GG to ask for help with 4 points I was advised to contact LG Help desk. LG help desk said they get back to me; after leaving email and phone number with them they never did get back. The TV that I replaced with the above was a Sharp Aquos, LG could learn a lot by looking at the menu structure to produce a better unit than this one. The burn-in issue associated OLed screens was also poorly detailed in the documentation with no mention on how long it take for bright images to burn-in. On positive note is the image is outstanding.
