Followed all the instructions but it still can’t read the disks (tried multiple discs to make sure but it’s the same thing)

Great unit for the price
I bought 2 - one for each TV as a backup when the internet is down and the grandkids want to watch a movie. They were very easy to connect (you do need to supply your own cable) and they work fine.
