After sales service pathetic
Item was perfect to replace an existing unit that died after 20yrs. Sales service however was pathetic. We had a 2 month wait for the item, I had to chase up the delivery time. Took time off on the Friday for delivery and they were a no show. Waited all day and no unit. Had to contact head office as the store wouldnt answer phones. Finally managed to get it added onto delivery on the Saturday. Id never go through the store again as they are absolutely useless!!!

Great for cooling down large rooms/ medium houses. Strong cooling power, large volume airflow that cools down rooms in short time. Low operation noise, once room is cooled you the aircon uses little power o maintane the cool temp.
