Excellent Smart TV - wish it had external buttons
As a Smart TV - this Hisense ticks all the boxes and is really a 5-star unit. It is a huge improvement on picture quality and smart features from the unit it replaced, however the previous TV had 5 control buttons on the exterior/side of the unit which were incredibly useful. It should be standard that all Smart TVs have an on/off button, volume up/down and channel up/down and enter button/toggle. This would avoid a crisis when the remote stops working or cannot be found.
