Lamentable product and service
This TV is terrible. The operating system, taizen, is slow and inconsistent. The wifi system keeps losing signal despite our previous tv never losing coverage. The buttons for the tv never worked half the time. I returned this product because it does not work at a consistent level. Samsung should issue a refund but they are stalling and have not bothered to look at it and the result is that we have been without a tv for 3 weeks. Very poor product and service. I expected better service form the good guys and samsung for that matter.
