So Convenient!
I love how easy it is to grab the vaccuum out, zip around the room with it & suck up all the dog hair quickly & effectively. I love the convenience of it being cordless so you don't have to drag out an awkward vaccuum & find somewhere to plug it in then get tangled in the cord as you walk around. The suction is fantastic. I wish the dust container was bigger though because it feels up really quickly.

Excellent vax
This stick vax does everything I want in this style of vax. I have two dogs and does a stellar job sucking up their scattered fur. I intentionally bought this one with the motor on the bottom of the handle because I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hand

Efficient and convenient
I find this kind of stick vac much more user friendly than the ‘Dyson’ types. The detachable ‘dust buster’ with long crevice nozzle is so convenient for a quick tidy up and the vacuum is lightweight but powerful enough to keep my carpets and hard floors dust and lint-free. A great product for the price.

Old model better
It is messy to clean. Heavier than old model too. It fills up too quickly, so you need to empty all the time.

Its strengths are lightweight handling, hair-cutting BrushRollClean and sealed 5-step filtration with up to 99.9 percent dust removal. It is best suited to small to mid-size homes, though the 0.3 L bin may need frequent emptying in larger spaces.

Things to consider
The 0.3 L dust bin is relatively small compared with some premium stick vacuums, so it may require more frequent emptying during whole-home or heavy-debris cleans.
Pet hair performance score
8/10 - Designed for pet households and the BrushRollClean pedal helps manage hair wrap effectively.
Carpet vs hard floor suitability
Well suited to hard floors, tiles and everyday carpet cleaning, with strongest fit for mixed-surface homes.
Portability rating
9/10 - Lightweight cordless design and grab-and-go charging make it easy to move and use for quick cleans.
Noise level vs category average
About average for a cordless stick vacuum category.
Allergy friendliness
8/10 - Sealed 5-step filtration with up to 99.9 percent dust particle removal supports cleaner everyday use.
Key benefits
- Sealed 5-step filtration: Helps remove up to 99.9 percent of dust particles for cleaner air during everyday vacuuming.
- BrushRollClean pedal: Cuts away tangled hair and fibres while the vacuum is running, reducing manual brush maintenance.
- Up to 50 minutes runtime: Gives enough cordless cleaning time for regular tidy-ups and many small to mid-size homes.
- Three power settings: Lets you choose between longer runtime for routine cleaning or extra power for heavier debris.
- Lightweight design: Makes it easier to carry around the home for quick cleans, stairs and above-floor jobs.
- Grab-and-go charging station: Keeps the vacuum stored, charged and ready for fast access between cleans.
- Onboard accessory storage: Keeps tools close at hand for sofas, corners, stairs and car interiors.
- Axial cyclonic system: Helps maintain suction performance as the bagless dust container fills.
Q: Can this vacuum handle a full clean in a larger home
A: No, it is better suited to small to mid-size homes than larger ones. The compact 0.3L bin can need more frequent emptying during a full-house clean, especially if you have pets, and higher power settings will shorten runtime.
Q: Is the 0.3L bin big enough for everyday vacuuming
A: Yes, for regular touch-up cleaning and routine passes in a small to mid-size home. The 0.3L bagless bin is less suited to long, heavy cleans, so larger areas or high pet hair pickup can mean stopping to empty it more often.
Q: How well does it cope with both carpet and hard floors
A: Electrolux PURE Well Q7 Animal is designed for hard floors, tiles and carpets, so it suits mixed-surface homes. It is a better fit for everyday maintenance than deep carpet-focused cleaning, with three power settings to adjust pickup as needed.
Q: Does the BrushRollClean pedal really reduce pet hair tangles
A: Yes, the BrushRollClean pedal cuts away tangled hair and fibres while the vacuum is running. That reduces manual cleaning of the roller, but it does not mean the floorhead will never need checking if you regularly vacuum long hair or heavy fluff.
Q: Does the filtration suit dusty everyday vacuuming in pet homes
A: Yes. Electrolux PURE Well Q7 Animal uses a sealed 5-step filtration system that removes up to 99.9 percent of dust particles. It is well suited to cleaner day-to-day vacuuming, though it remains a compact cordless stick vacuum, not a large barrel model.
