We love it
We never used to mop and always felt we wanted/needed to - now we actually do! My 5.y.o. says, "that looks like fun" and does it for me! A friend had one and said it was great but could sometimes smell, so we've been mindful to do the self clean after each use and had no smell issues. That said, it means I don't pick it up for a tiny spot clean, I save it for the bigger spills, but then I find myself accidentally mopping the whole place and the place feels great! Things to note: It doesn't replace a vacuum; I might give a quick vacuum first, or have the stick vac in the other hand to pick up hairs while I'm mopping. It doesn't remove caked on things, but I wouldn't expect it to. It also doesn't get into the grout lines between the tiles. But now mopping isn't an ordeal, it's a semi-regular breeze! We gifted one to my parents-in-law and they love it too.

Best mop ever used, highly recomended
Before buying read many reviews and had mixed feeling. Ended up buying because of kids. Once used, can't get over it. Makes floor shiny like mirror. It is heavy to lift but easy to navigate (even my 5 YO can use it!). Self clean function is good. Once a week we dry rollers in sunlight, feels like new again. Many guests ended up asking, how can your floor be so clean and shiny? Cleaning under the motors are bit inconvenience, but okay with bit of inconvinience for that shiny floor.

It is a bit fiddley
It is a bit fiddley with several parts to take apart for cleaning, before self-cleaning function. For a small budget this G1 does a good job, however, there were several times the dirty water won't enter back to dirty water tank which caused a bit of wet floor and messy.
