The Perfect Kettle
This kettle holds one litre of water - enough for me. For someone like me who continually fills the kettle before boiling, anything larger than one litre is a waste of power in boiling too much water. With this kettle being glass, I can confidently only fill the kettle a little bit more than I need each time and it boils in no time. And it's quieter than my last kettle. I love it.

Hot cuppa
I used to use a tall glass kettle with a pretty blue light when boiling, this new kettle boils alot quicker and is much quieter if you don't need lots of boiling water. No pretty blue light.

Compact styling
I like the fact that it minimizes the amount of plastic in contact with the boiling water; I can see when the inside needs cleaning from hard water deposits; and it has a robust design and lives up to my expectations of great value for money.

Questionable ergonomics
I bought this kettle because it is small and I needed to replace my existing Breville kettle because it had started to leak. Generally I only boil a small quantity of water to make a single cup of filtered real coffee. The main problem I found with this kettle is that it is very difficult to pour a very small amount of water to initially wet the ground coffee for "steaming" before adding half a cup of hot water. Sudden sloshing was not an issue with the old kettle. Also, even though the new kettle is smaller than the old one, it is not appreciably lighter and the design of the handle is more for looks, not functionality, so it is actually not as easy to pick up. This would become more apparent if it was filled to maximum capacity. All in all I found it disappointing - and for some reason the old kettle stopped leaking, so I don't even need it now.

Great little Kettle
I’ve had this kettle for several years and it’s perfect. Fast to boil and doesn’t take up much room. Sadly was broken while we had houseguests so I was pleased to be able to replace it with the same model.
