In-home Software Installation
Step-by-step over the phone in-home assistance to help you install software for your new printer or a printer you already own.
Please note: This service is for a single installation of one software product and expires 6 months from the date of purchase. The software must have a valid license where required and you must provide the license information for the software when required. When returning calls scheduled only landlines are applicable. You must have connected an operating broadband Internet or national broadband for this service.
