Starts out ok then turns to rubbish quickly
I made the mistake of buying this product from the good guys. Started out ok, mop aspect wasnt great but you cant expect it to be as good as a manual mop. Was good for cleaning up small wet messes but not anything that had semi dried. The issue is that the appliance attracts insects, yes even with cleaning after every use. It often built up a smell. After less than a year of use the motor would turn off every 5s and you would have to turn it on again. I have contacted the good guys about this issue and to be booked in for service/replacement and they all email each other asking someone to respond and book me but nobody has after 3 emails. Threw it in the bin. Save your money and purchase something else. This is crap. I should have listened to a friend who told me not to buy it.

Hard to clean and heavy to use
I regret to buy this product, is very heavy to use, and the hair is always stuck in the wheels, is time-consuming to clean every time. And now it stopped working after a few times of usage. It is expensive and the quality is low.

Bissell crosswave Mac turbo
Very flimsy not very sturdy. I have 2 dogs and wooden floors so needs to be cleaned a lot. Doesnt vacuum and mop very well together leaves a trail of dirty muddy liquid behind . I definitely wouldnt buy again considering the cost of it
