Cutlery Tray is a Bonus
This is a machine for an office kitchen. It replaced a Fisher and Paykel machine and this one is very quiet and washes beautifully. It has lots of features and the cutlery tray is brilliant as it was the only machine I could find in the mid range that had the tray. Most are in the higher end, which was not necessary for the office. Good options to drain the dishes with the trays being able to be angled down. Very spacious. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible
Does not clean properly or dry anything at all! I need to rinse everything clean before I put it in the dishwasher and have a tea towel ready to dry everything when I’m unloading it. It is useless. Don’t waste your money.

Surprisingly good
Our old dishwasher was broken so we started looking for new one. My wife said she wants have top level for cutlery and for the price and 3 years warranty we choose this Hisense. We love option 1 hour quick wash and result fantastic. Quick and surprisingly dry after finishing for that short time. And now finally we can put in bigger pan and pot because we don’t have that basket for cutlery what we had in previous old dishwasher.
