I ordered and paid for a stainless steel coloured fridge on the Monday. I paid and organised for delivery on the Friday. I called at around 1pm to make sure my order was on the delivery list. She told me yes it was and they will call me 30-40 minutes before it gets delivered. I waited. And waited. I had all of my food in an early as I had moved from another residence. I called you at 4:30pm asking why I had t received my fridge, only to be told that they had none of the fridge I had ordered and that my order was not even on the list for delivery. To say I was shocked and disappointed was an understatement. I asked if I could have my fridge delivered on the Saturday then. That’s when I was told they had no silver fridges available and their truck list was full for Saturday anyway. Cause it was the end of the day he said he will look into the situation in the morning. I called early in the morning to see if anything had been done. I spoke with Michael and he suggested I can have a totally different fridge in black, otherwise I can have my money back. I had my food in my esky going off. I said yes to the fridge if they could deliver it that day. He organised that and it did get delivered. It my most favourite fridge, black is not my choice of fridge. Michael also said that he would look into returning my delivery charge as pay back for the terrible service I had received. I have heard nothing since. The good guys has always been my first choice over the years but now I will be looking elsewhere for any further purchases like this. Very disappointed. The fridge seems to be a good fridge and works great.

Disappointed
Disappointed this time with the Goodguys orderd fridge got wrong fridge sent finally had somone discuss this over phone , done what was asked sent pictures and sireal numbers of fridge and stated what was missing ( ice box ) not the twisted ice holder it was ment to have , now no one seems to know anything about my query goodguys have done nothing to rectify my issue
