Disappointed – Looked Like a Used Product
I bought this product as a gift, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The machine looked used — with visible signs of wear — which was quite embarrassing when I presented it. I wasn’t able to attach pictures here, but I’m happy to share them if needed. It definitely didn’t feel like a new product, and the unboxing experience was far from what I expected. I wasn’t happy with the overall service either, and I felt really bad that a gift turned into such an awkward moment. I hope the seller takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control moving forward.
