    Great product

    The range hood works well, looks good and matches our oven. We bought it at a reduced price as it was the last one in stock. When it was delivered it was missing parts (was delivered in a plastic bag - no box). When we rang the good guys about the missing parts, they couldnt find any missing parts in their shop and said to ring Smeg. We rang Smeg (based in NZ). They were amazing. They posted us all the required parts for free and my hubby assembled it. Smeg is a fantastic product with excellent customer service. Ive always been a fan of Smeg and will continue this thinking based on our recent experience with them.
