Awesome TV - worst service ever
Brilliant TV - I got 2 of them in different sizes. They are quick to start up, great picture and sound. Very happy with them. Ordering process was a nightmare. Ordered both at the same time and picked a delivery date. 1 TV arrived, the other didn’t. I contacted the Good Guys to let them know, so they were looking into it for me. Days go by, I chase them again. Still unable to give me an answer. Store is supposed to ship it instead of the warehouse etc etc. This went on for WEEKS! I kept contacting them, via email and the store via phone. The poor online lady who was replying to me was forwarding messages and getting no reply. Eventually a lady from the store contacted me (after I’d already spoken to different people there about 4 times) and shipped it straight away. Very easy problem to solve, arrived like 5 weeks after the first one. Ridiculous.

Never worked, poor serice
Can review the product as it has never worked. Poor service alround The delivery driver dropped the product then delivered it on it side. Every step of the way to get a new one has taken "48 hrs" but that has not occured. It is only when i follow up each step. Now it needs to be assessed in home and that is taking 6 days for the next appointment. So still no TV, Thanks for Great Christmas Gift.
