Our 10 year old TV was working well, but had trouble accessing some apps. Taking advantage of the Boxing Day sales, we bought this Smart TV. I must have missed something during the set-up, because after entering passwords for some apps, those were accessible, but not the free to air local TV channels which was very frustrating. After looking at the Samsung site online (on an IPad) for this particular TV, I used the Chatbot to ask for help. The directions provided were step-by-step and easy to follow and the problem was solved. Once we could access the channels we prefer, the TV is great!

Product——excellent Installers— good, explained the remote for us.the were clean workers BUT they asked could they put the TV on our couch and we said yes. BUT again when they lifted it to put it in its cradle there were TWO INK LIKE MARKS on our not very old couch. there must have been some ink product on the TV or one of them was holding a felt pen. We both took photos as the couch was unmarked before. Can you do anything for us eg.clean the spots professionally.. we were and are very angry and disappointed

Best features: Great sound with clear speech and good bass. Good picture on any viewing angle, it doesn't drop off in quality. Easy to access streaming apps, quite seamless. Handy how it identifies the attached Blu-Ray player and automatically incorporates it in the on screen apps menu. Maybe that's been around a while, don't know. So-so features: Picture quality is good but doesn't blow me away like in the shop display. ABC-TV seems particularly soft and not as good as the old Samsung. What images do they feed the displays in the shop?? They seem hyper real that isn't replicated in the lounge room. Sometimes the AI brightness control seems to be 'hunting' for the right brightness setting, a bit annoying.
