Very happy with our purchase. Delivery communication not so much
Setup was easy. TV has all the apps you can think of and some you probably didn’t know about. Sound quality is great, especially if you have a compatible soundbar and bass system. (Ours happens to be Samsung as well.) Nothing at all wrong with the product, but Good Guys communication was confusing and inaccurate. Multiple products ordered at the same time got delivered at different times to the email notifications and didn’t come on the same days.
