Love the product but not the post purchase experience
Purchased the TV after comparing tvs in store for quite some time. Told there was one in stock at the warehouse - arranged for delivery Saturday morning and installation Monday. Saturday comes- no delivery- rang the store - apparently I was meant to complete some survey about delivery (neither sms or email received), enquiries pending. Monday I get text from installer- great- are you bringing tv? Nothing. Ring store- after a bit of run around sorry no tv in stock can we offer similar- we don’t have the Hisense but we have a TCL. No thanks I want the Toshiba. It’ll be a week and a half. Two weeks later I call- no delivery scheduled- get that remedied…..the installation? No you don’t have that! So what did I pay $299 for? Oh - yes- you do. Two days later tv delivered then the following day it’s installed. Installers and delivery guys were awesome - no complaint but the Good Guys store - not great. No apology. Nothing offered to appease. Probably because I wasn’t rude and didnt kick up a fuss but I can tell you- I was mighty pissed off!

EASE OF INSTALLATION AND USE.
The Ezymount tilt TVwall Bracket Large (37-80") was the perfect choice for my 75" LED TV. It was extremely simple to secure the bracket to the wall using 2 of the wall studs for super security. All the mounting hardware was supplied so there was no need to head down to Bunnings for appropriate screws. After some careful measurements, the support brackets were attached to the rear of the TV so as to locate the correct viewing height. Then simply hook the mounted TV brackets over the wall bracket, and slide it either left or right to position it where you want it for best viewing. After it was mounted I could very easily tilt the TV to the perfect viewing angle. I can't recommend this Ezymount TV wall bracket highly enough. It is a gem of an addition to my living room. Do yourself a favour and get one of these Ezymount Tilt TV wall bracket large (37-80") you won't regret it.

having purchased a number of tv mounts fom both Good Guys and other retailers I find that the Good Guys ones are sturdier and generally better built.
