I had one prior to this, but I killed the element - human error!! It is so good and easy to use, I got another one the next day. I have learned my lesson. It really is easy, I am just that silly. I used to use a microwave steamer, but this is so much quicker and leaves veggies in much better shape - they taste better, too. I am a lazy ‘cook’ who rarely at fresh for dinner.
