Product Reviews of Polaroid Color Film for i-Type - Color Frames
Overall Rating Snapshot

Q: Which cameras use this Polaroid i-Type colour frames film?
A: This film is compatible with Polaroid I-2, Flip, Now, Now+ and Lab cameras. It is i-Type film, so it is designed for cameras that power the film themselves rather than older models that rely on a battery inside the film pack.
Q: Does this film work in older Polaroid cameras that need battery film?
A: No. Polaroid i-Type film is battery-free, so it is not the right match for older cameras that expect the film pack to supply power. It is intended for listed i-Type compatible cameras that handle the power and film ejection themselves.
Q: How many photos are in each pack of this film?
A: Each pack includes 8 instant photos. That suits casual shooting or a small outing, but it is worth ordering more than one pack if you want spare shots for parties, travel or retakes when lighting is less predictable.
Q: What size prints does this Polaroid i-Type film make?
A: Polaroid i-Type film produces prints in the 107 mm x 88 mm full-frame format. It is a larger instant print style than mini formats, so it suits display, albums and keepsakes more than compact wallet-sized sharing.
Q: Is this the same film as Polaroid Go film?
A: No. This is Polaroid i-Type film in the larger full-frame format, not Polaroid Go film. It is made for compatible i-Type cameras, so a Go camera needs Go film rather than this colour frames pack.
Q: Do the cartridges have a built-in battery or not?
A: No. Polaroid i-Type film is battery-free, so the camera must provide the power for exposure and ejection. That keeps it suited to modern Polaroid i-Type cameras, but it also means older battery-dependent cameras are not the intended fit.
