At a glance
The NEBULA Soundcore Projector P1 is a portable Full HD smart projector designed for casual home viewing, bedroom setups, and travel. It suits buyers who want easy streaming, built-in sound, and quick setup in one compact unit. Key strengths are its portability, Google TV access, and autofocus convenience. Its main limitation is 650 ANSI lumens brightness, which is better for dim rooms than bright daytime spaces.

7/10 - Strong for casual Full HD streaming and compact room viewing, but brightness is better suited to dim environments than dedicated cinema rooms with ambient light.
Room size compatibility
Best for small to medium rooms and compact outdoor setups in low-light conditions
Gaming suitability
5/10 - Fine for casual console gaming, but no gaming-focused refresh rate or low-latency features are specified.
Ease of setup rating
9/10 - Real-time autofocus and digital keystone correction make placement and image adjustment straightforward for most users.

Key benefits
- Portable design: The 2.38 kg build and carry handle make it easier to move between rooms or take on trips.
- Google TV: Built-in smart streaming support makes it easy to access apps and content without needing an extra media device.
- Netflix support: Native Netflix access gives a simpler streaming experience for popular movie and TV viewing.
- Real-time autofocus: Image focus adjusts automatically to reduce setup fuss when moving the projector between spaces.
- Digital keystone correction: Helps square the image more quickly when the projector cannot be placed perfectly straight-on.
- Built-in 20 W speaker system: Dual 10 W speakers provide usable sound for casual viewing without always needing external speakers.
- LED light source: The rated 25,000-hour lamp life supports long-term use with less frequent replacement than traditional lamp-based models.
- Flexible connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, HDMI, USB-C, and USB-A make it easier to connect streamers, laptops, storage devices, and audio accessories.
Q: Will this projector work well in daylight or bright rooms?
A: NEBULA Soundcore Projector P1 is best used in dim or moderately lit spaces. Its 650 ANSI lumens can look washed out in bright daytime rooms, so it suits night viewing, bedrooms and shaded outdoor setups more than sunny areas.
Q: Does the Nebula P1 have a built-in battery?
A: NEBULA Soundcore Projector P1 is designed to run from its included adapter rather than cord-free battery use. That suits room-to-room portability, but travel and outdoor viewing still need access to mains power.
Q: How far back should the projector sit from the wall?
A: NEBULA Soundcore Projector P1 uses a 1.2:1 throw ratio and focuses from 0.5m to 4.8m. It needs some stand-off from the wall rather than ultra-short placement, so room depth matters before buying for a tight space.
Q: Is the image size adjustable without moving the projector?
A: No. NEBULA Soundcore Projector P1 has fixed zoom, so image size is mainly changed by moving the projector closer or farther away. Digital keystone can help square the picture, but it does not replace optical zoom.
Q: Are the built-in speakers enough for everyday movie watching?
A: Yes. The dual 10 watt speakers are suitable for casual viewing in a bedroom, lounge or small outdoor setup. For bigger spaces or louder movie nights, separate audio will give fuller sound and more volume.
Q: Can I watch Netflix without plugging in another streaming device?
A: Yes. Google TV and Netflix are built in, so NEBULA Soundcore Projector P1 can stream directly over Wi-Fi without a separate stick or box. You still need internet access for streaming services and account sign-in.
