The matte black is sleek and there are no fingerprints. I love the feature where the door automatically opens when its finished. The racks are easy to move in and out and up and down. Its very quiet compared to my last machine. I love all the buttons are inside the door so you dont see it from the outside.

Absolute rubish!
We bought this product in 2022. It worked well, quiet, and somewhat ok when it comes to space. Not as big as others on the inside, but we got used to it and was ok. Then the problems started. We got a heating error. That was fixed. Apparently! 2 weeks later it broke again, and had the part ordered. Fixed it again, but it broke again! Got it fixed...6 months later, boom again! We are now at the point of asking for either a store credit or replacement, as we are having too many issues with it. Hey, but it looks good! If you are not using it, it will be ok.
