Never buy a Samsung tv
Samsung constantly run ads on the tv. You have no control. Remove it and it cones back! The Home Screen runs ads which you can’t remove and keeps taking you to Samsung channels making it hard to avoid. I deeply regret buying this tv! It’s as frustrating as all.. grrrr

Be careful of privacy with your new TV
There has been a lot written about Chinese brand TV's being a privacy risk. Not in a conspiracy manner, but information from ASIO. So we chose a non Chinese brand. The Samsung Q70C TV was chosen because it has wonderful definition during sporting events. However, after spending nearly a couple of grand of hard earned cash, it won't allow you to use it unless you agree to allow information about everything you watch to be recorded and sent to Samsung. And then agree for it to be onsold to third parties. Ask about this before you buy!

Great TV but lacks the Auto Turn ON Timer
It is a great TV overall but what a shame that Samsung decided to remove the auto Turn ON feature from this TV and as a result we can no longer set a time for our 6 PM news. I own another Samsung UHD TV that is over 6 years old and has this Timer/schedule feature where you can set ON and OFF timer schedule for the whole week. Hey Samsung, not very Smart for a TV that is a 2023 model. I would have never purchased this TV if I knew about this dumbness from Samsung.
