Alright massage gun
Been using the massage gun for 8 months. Only regularly using it for the first few months. Your hands will be sore after holding it for a while. Having a partner helping is a better alternative. The massage gun provides some relief for soreness, although its effectiveness is limited. Wait for a sale to grab it. Youll save some money that way.
