The Hisense 85" TV is great; the picture quality is fantastic and gives an immersive experience. Sam was very helpful in explaining all the differences between the models, which helped us make our final decision. We did sign up to Gold services extended warranty, thinking we would get 90-day store cash, haven't seen that yet maybe it will still come, otherwise it would have been a 5-star experience

Great TV
TV is great but the install service wasn't the greatest.... Guy kept putting the install off for days then when he has installed the TV with the cords to be hidden behind the wall, our electrician came the following day to move an antenna point - it fell out of the wall... Wouldn't pay extra for installation again

This 85 inch TV is amazing the pitcher shows every little detail, ilike watching a move, is like being there. The sound is fantastic plus I can tell Siri to turn the tv on & off no more having to find the remote you can set the app up on your phone as a back up. but found this brand that I didn’t want till I saw the fantastic graphics the picture quality everything blew me away. This is like my forever TV. I’ve been saving for, Iwas going to get the expensive brand, but after seeing this and half the price and it has three year warranty I’m going with this one. We mounted ours on the wall I can watch it from outside, on my balcony while relaxing of a night.
