Great bedroom aircon
Got this installed a few weeks ago and it’s been amazing! Had a few high 30 days and cooled the room down, have it sitting on 23 cause any lower it’s to cold for me. I have my door open and it goes through the house (small house 90sm) would definitely look into buying another for the living room

So far so good
Only had it for about 1 month so far. Both heating, cooling and drying (dehumidifying) are very good. Motor / outdoor unit is very quiet. Negatives are: 1) installation costing about $1000 through TGG, which wasn't mentioned anywhere, only at point of purchase. Would have been fair to advertise that somewhere with the actual cost of the aircon.; 2) extra cable and cable cover (about 3m) costing about $350 - overpriced, as the labour for the extra few metres would not have taken very long, and cost of materials pretty cheap; 3) Picture on all the ads is very different to actual aircon - it's very 'boxy' and looks old-fashioned, as opposed to the ad image aircon which is very streamlined. Overall, 5 stars given only because it works well and installer did a good job.

Purchased as a replacement and installation was a breeze. Works well and the Wifi App to control remotely was easy to connect though it has very limited functionality. Had expected it to at least tell me the room temperature!
