Product easy to operate, and cleans efficiently. App takes some time and effort to work out. For older users like ourselves who are not familiar with technology. Ordered product click and collect, after 2 days still had not even been picked. If I had not phoned who knows how long I would’ve waited. More staff would help greatly.

Amazing results
I have tried a few different robot vac brands and they all have not been able to keep up with our household. The Eufy is by far the best and I wish I tried it sooner. Easy to map and use I come home to a clean house every day. No dog hair no dust no kids mess. So happy with this purchase.
