The Good Guys Store Credits

16 NOV 2023 UPDATE: Customers who purchased a Gold Service Extras membership prior to the 5th of September 2022 (and who have not downloaded a StoreCash> digital wallet) receive Store Credits as part of their benefits. From 16th November 2023, when Gold Service Extras members receive a Store Credit as part of their Gold Service Extras benefits, they'll enjoy a 90-day expiry.

STORE CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Store Credits expire 90 days after they are sent unless otherwise stated. The expiry date of Store Credits can be found in the email or SMS in which it was sent.
  2. Store Credit can be used to pay for purchases made at any The Good Guys store, The Good Guys phone sales line and www.thegoodguys.com.au. Store Credits cannot be used on The Good Guys eBay store or The Good Guys Commercial website.
  3. A Store Credit is unique and can only be redeemed once in a single transaction.
  4. Cash or credit will not be given for any unused balance of a Store Credit.
  5. Store Credit cannot be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
  6. Where goods that have been purchased using a Store Credit are returned, a Store Credit equal to the value of the Store Credit applied to the original purchase will be issued.
  7. Store Credit cannot be used to purchase: gift cards, digital vouchers (including Spotify, Netflix, gaming cards, software subscriptions or mobile phone recharges), The Good Guys Mobile and Home Broadband/ Data Plans, Mobile Extras and cannot be used to purchase brands sold by The Good Guys as agent, such as: Miele, Asko, AEG, La Germania, Neff Loewe and certain Smeg and Fisher & Paykel cooking products.
  8. A maximum of 2 Store Credits can be applied in one transaction.
